Amazing location, close to city center, easy to explore by foot. Friendly and helpful staff, offered free upgrade and responded quickly to requests. The hotel is conveniently located in the centre, just next to the Corte Ingles department store. You can easily explore the city by foot as it is close to everything. The rooms are spacious, modern, and spotless, with comfortable beds and fresh linens. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious options. The hotel also offers parking facilities, although it might be a bit inconvenient for motorcycles.
The only minor issue is the parking, which might be a bit limited for motorcycles.

The breakfast at Sercotel Ayala was excellent, with a wide variety of fruit, cheese, cereals, and more. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a few blocks from the historic Casco Viejo and close to the main shopping boulevard. As vegetarians and vegans, we appreciated the variety of options available for breakfast.
Felt like VIPs, nothing was too much trouble.
